My current role is as an assistive technology clinical specialist, working with clients to achieve their occupational goals through the use of technology solutions. I work alongside clinical scientists, speech and language therapists and clinical technologists and collaboratively with local services to deliver assistive technology for environmental control, computer access and alternative and augmentative communication.
My developing interests include the effects of access methods on the usability of assisted communication and environmental control. I am also involved in developing training to support the use of technology by services throughout the region.
