Faye joined the team in May 2016, having previously worked in a Special Education setting, working closely with children who had Autism and within the behavioural management team. She has also worked with adults with learning disabilities in the past.

Faye previously worked as a therapy assistant in the team and has since changed roles to work as a field technician. Faye now visits clients to install, service and repair equipment that we provide.

Faye says:

In my previous posts I gained a high interest in AAC. I now have a great passion for working in Assistive technology and this passion continues to grow every day. Helping to empower adults and children to have an independent life and communicate their needs is extremely rewarding.
I love my job within the team and working with such a great team inspires me every day!
